A quick sea change...

I am down at the beach this weekend, I have friends who have a lovely little house down at Cape Patterson. I was initially worried about coming down as I am in full work mode, feeling inspired especially since starting my "Find your creative style facebook group", (please join me), & even have the right creative vibration happening, & I didn't want to lose that. So down I came with my lap top knowing I could connect if I needed to. Since arriving it's been great. So many beach walks which I love, the fresh salty air & wide open spaces it's really good for the soul. I don't go in the water much as I am a sook with the cold, but have walked in & out to my knees just letting the water splash around. It needs to be incredibly hot for me to go in the sea. I watch my kids trying to ride waves & get just as much enjoyment watching them laugh, fall over & scream from the waves chasing them down. Always on guard ready to run in after them if need be. Today I went to a place close to Inverlock call the caves. It was such a magnificent landscape, & I would never have know it was there unless I was told. The tide was out so there were natural rock formations, mussel shell clusters, caves & rocks pools. Australia's coast line is truly exquisite. Here are some photos of our adventures. Natural rock formations, rock pools & the purple cluster of mussels....Divine. How amazing is this lagoon, way too freezing cold for me to swim, but have to look at it. Beautiful. My friends that I am here with don't do what I do for a living, so the conversation is always different & non related. It's lovely to hear whats going on in their worlds. Getting out & about, away from your comfort zone can really inspire you. What I mean is that while here you can relax & let your mind wander, you never know what you will think about. While here I haven't come up with revolutionary ground breaking ideas, but it's given my mind some time to take a break, enjoy whats round me, because I know when I return home I will be back into work mode & feeling revived. Sometimes the smallest of experiences can create & make really big changes. [caption id="attachment_10046" align="alignnone" width="800"]creative style creative style[/caption]
